Design & Customization

Will I see a design before production?

Yes. Within 24 hours of your order, we will email you a digital design proof. Production only begins after you approve the proof to ensure 100% accuracy.

What if my photo is old or low quality?

Our professional design team manually enhances every photo for the best engraving result. If a photo is too blurry, we will contact you to find a solution before we begin.

Can I change the text after ordering?

You have unlimited revisions before you approve the design proof. Once approved, the order is sent to production and can no longer be modified.

Material & Quality

Why does my stone have small spots or different veins?

We use 100% natural stone. Like a fingerprint, no two stones are identical. Natural mineral spots and vein variations are unique characteristics of the earth—they are not defects but a testament to the stone's natural origin.

How long will the engraving last?

We use deep-etching techniques that physically change the stone. This ensures the text and images remain legible for over 100 years, even in harsh outdoor environments.

Cemetery & Installation

Will this stone be accepted by my cemetery?

Cemeteries often have specific rules about size and style.

Important: We highly recommend checking with your cemetery office before purchasing. We are happy to customize the dimensions to fit their specific requirements, but we cannot be responsible for stones rejected by a cemetery.

Shipping & Taxes

Are there any hidden customs fees or taxes?

No. For customers in the US, CA, UK, and AU, MemorialsLab covers all import duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We use reinforced packaging, but if your stone is damaged during transit, please email us photos within 7 days. We will ship a free replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
