We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Please inspect all packagesupon delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise please contact us within 7 days.
If due to our mistakes, we will replace a new item to you for free.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.

The black granite stones all natural stones, they have natural imperfections, like white or goldish spots on both the polished face and sides. We can not offer a refund based on this.
If you cancel the order before the product is shipped, we will give a full refund to you.
If you return the proructs to us, after your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and refund to you.
Notes: After we processed the refund, you may cannot recieve your refund immediately, it usually needs a few days.
