To ensure premium craftsmanship, all items are custom-made. Your total wait time is:

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Begins after you approve the design proof).
• Shipping Time: Based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Crucial Step: Design Proof & Approval

• Proof Delivery: You will receive a design proof via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Action Required: Production will not begin until we receive your formal approval.
• Check Your Inbox: Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see our email. Delayed approval will result in a later delivery date.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

*Note: For orders over $299, expedited fees are adjusted due to the increased weight of larger memorial stones/items.

4. No Hidden Fees: Customs & Duties

We believe in transparent pricing. For our customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, MemorialsLab covers all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

• The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
• No unexpected charges upon delivery. We handle the paperwork and costs so you can focus on honoring your loved ones.

5. Damages & Replacement

If your item is damaged during transit, we will prioritize a free replacement for you:

• Report within 7 Days: Email us at support@memorialslab.com.
• Required Info: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging.
