Welcome to MemorialsLab. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading these carefully before placing an order.

1. Customization & Design Approval

To ensure the accuracy of your memorial, we provide a digital design proof for every customized order.

• Approval Authority: Production begins only after we receive your explicit approval of the digital proof. Once approved, the order is considered final and cannot be modified.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all names, dates, spellings, and photo placements. MemorialsLab is not liable for errors approved by the customer.

2. Product Characteristics (Natural Stones)

Furthermore, digital mockups (Photoshop) are representations of the design. The final physical engraving may have slight variations in texture and depth due to the artisan nature of the process.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Transparent Pricing: All prices listed are in USD (unless specified). For customers in the US, CA, UK, and AU, listed prices include applicable import duties and taxes covered by MemorialsLab.
• Payment Security: We use industry-leading encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we cover customs duties to prevent delays, MemorialsLab is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, text, and logos, is the property of MemorialsLab. You grant us a limited license to use the photos you upload solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

MemorialsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
