The following are our engraving process to give you a personalized engraved that is exactly what you want.

step 1.

Before you order, find your best photo you have. The more high-resolution photo, the end product will be better. Then decide on your wording, There is no limit to the text but keep in mind the more you have on your stone, the smaller the text may be and harder to read. If you have more words, you can choose the larger stone size.

step 2.

Place your order online, it’s easy and step-by-step! Select the stone size; Enter the name, date, wording and upload the photo (Compatible image extensions to upload: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp, or, wmf). (If you left the quotes blank, it will engraving the default wording as the sample. If you don't want any wording, please enter "n/a"or "none".)

step 3.

When we receive your order, we start to work! Our professional designers will remove the background or crop the picture and adjust the picture to suit engraving on black granite stone.

step 4.

Then we email a proof/preview to you. The proof is a close representation of what the final engraved stone or plaque will look like. You should receive your proof email within 24 hours (business days) after you order. If you haven't receive the proof/preview, please check your spam folder.

step 5.

You reply to the proof email. If anything is OK, You can say "approve" or "confirm", then we will start engraving it. If you request any changes, we will email a new proof to you for final approval.
